Covered California's Open Enrollment season is here, which means San Diegans can sign up for health care coverage or make changes to their existing plan. Sign up by December 15th for coverage starting January 1st. Open Enrollment ends January 31, 2021.
This annual enrollment period is your chance to find a plan that will best serve you and your family. You can make changes to your existing insurance or select a new option if your current plan isn't meeting your needs.
Visit CoveredCA.com to review your benefits, compare plans, and purchase coverage. Covered California offers insurance from major health care companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, SHARP, Kaiser Permanente, and others that meet all the state and federal requirements. You can also check your eligibility for Medi-Cal, which offers free or low-cost health coverage for children and adults with limited income, and find other resources dedicated to helping you secure the best fit at an affordable rate.
