Rep. Scott Peters (D-San Diego) got cheeky for marriage equality in Washington, D.C. recently. Peters, of La Jolla, was one of 67 members of Congress to pose in the third-annual "NOH8 On The Hill" campaign.

Peters posed with NOH8’s face tattoo and duct tape. He was joined by Rep. Juan Vargas (D-San Diego), Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Beverly Hills) and 13 other members of Congress from California.

NOH8 Campaign co-founders Adam Bouska and Jeff Parshley released the photos on Monday, just as the Supreme Court is due to deliver its decisions the Defense of Marriage Act and California's Proposition 8

“As a longtime supporter of LGBT rights and marriage equality, I am proud to support the NOH8 campaign against discrimination,” Congressman Peters said in a statement. “All Americans deserve equal treatment.”
